Ellenroad Steam Museum

To ease maintenance of the Whitelees engine, the Ellenroad team have added a mezzanine platform. Such engines had several floors for access, so this is in keeping with tradition.

The wooden panelling of its engine house has been recreated and the guardrail top is made from the original timber handrail.
