Norman Ellis
1941-2009
Ellenroad volunteer Norman Ellis died while returning from our “steaming” day on 1st November.
Despite suffering a major heart attack at the wheel, he was able to bring his car to a halt without a major accident and no other vehicle was involved.
Norman had three children: Helen, Simone and Nigel.
Nigel has sent us the photograph opposite, which he feels captures his father’s spirit extremely well.
